If your apartment is too small to consider such an option too then you can keep all your accessories and diapers in a basket along with a waterproof changing pad and carry it along wherever you want. You can change the diaper at any place that is comfortable with this set up.

You can even make your own diaper changing station by finding a rolling cart that you regularly use in the kitchen. With a cardboard and few layers of cloth on the top portion of the cart it will be ready to hold the changing pad. Don’t forget to remove the wheels. You can even set up the accessories below and there will be space for a waste bin to put the soiled diapers in.
